NOTES on the BEERS

1. Ironbound Cider – apples come from Asbury, NJ (not Asbury Park). Bottled and canned in Newark. Light, crisp, hint of sweetness, slight effervescence. 5.2% ABV

2. River Horse Tripel Horse – “Our take on a Belgian Style Tripel Ale, brewed with spices and fermented with a Trappist yeast strain which lends hints of vanilla and creates a variety of complex flavors.” 10% ABV

3. Kane Fall Saints – “Fall Saints began with a late summer day here on the coast roasting 200+ pounds of butternut squash and sweet potatoes in a wood fired brick oven in Asbury Park. Back at the brewery, we added caramel malts, the squash and potatoes, and maple syrup to our base of imported pilsner malt to create a unique imperial ale for the changing of the seasons. Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans form the backbone of a carefully measured blend of spices – cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and allspice – that was added to create a bold and flavorful beer enjoyable throughout the autumn season and beyond.” 9.2% ABV

4. Demented Scarlet Knight – Our American Red Ale is a liquid tribute to all that we love about Middlesex, the Hub City, and being local. A blend of five different malts gives this brew intense red color and complexity, a medium body with light caramel sweetness and a feint roast finish. Just enough hops balance it out with a slight bitterness and great flavor that trails into an earthy floral nose. 5.8% ABV

5. Forgotten Boardwalk What The Butler Saw WIT – Yeasty witbier with notes of citrus and spices like clove, bit of malt. 5.0% ABV

6. Bolero Snort Moountie – Smoked bacon, bourbon, coffee American Brown Ale. Made with maple, dark and obviously notes of smoke. 7.0% ABV
