Our New Pastry Chef

Ben Deutsch, who joined us at the Frog a little more than a year ago, has taken over our pastry department. Originally from Hillsborough,  Ben is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After stints at La Folie in San Francisco and The Plumed Horse in Saratoga CA., Ben worked for more than three years at the acclaimed Elements in Princeton. To the craft behind our pastries and breads, he brings intelligence, passion and professionalism.
