For SOMM Night September our Sommelier Donaciano is pouring a Ridge, 2024 Lytton Springs, a Dry Creek Valley field-blend-style red: 78% Zinfandel, 13% Petite Sirah, 6% Carignane, 2% Alicante Bouschet, and 1% Grenache. Zinfandel supplies the berry fruit and generosity; Petite Sirah contributes color and tannin; Carignane and the smaller components add acidity, spice, and savory complexity

Chefs will be pairing this special wine with a unique dish.
