Deep ruby in color, this wine has aromas of strawberries, dried leaves, violets, and spice. The palate is rich with cherry, cassis, chocolate, and licorice, balanced by firm tannins and a cranberry finish.

Chef Joe will be offering Pasta Carbonara Creste de Gallo Pasta, Ibérico Ham, English Peas, Cured Yolk as both an Appetizer and Entreé for this one-night-only event!
