Ben Deutsch, who joined us at the Frog a little more than a year ago, has taken over our pastry department. Originally from Hillsborough, Ben is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After stints at La Folie in San Francisco and The Plumed Horse in Saratoga CA., Ben worked for more than three years at the acclaimed Elements in Princeton. To the craft behind our pastries and breads, he brings intelligence, passion and professionalism.

In its long history, The Frog and The Peach has been proud to see many its ‘alumni’ succeed in a wide range of pursuits. This night will be a homecoming celebration with esteemed former colleagues who have made their way after moving on. Chef Bruce makes the menu, they choose the wines, good times ensue! Guest Chef Jackie Mazza of Knead…baked goods and a former Pastry Chef at The Frog will be making bread and petit fours!

Another Parking Deck has opened within short walking distance in the neighborhood. Located on New Street, between Neilson and George Streets, it is accessible from both George St. and New St. after coming off of Route 18. Punch ”55 New St. 08901″ into a Navigation App. (The garage is set back and not very visible from the road).
As always, Tuesday through Sunday nights, valet parking is also available right in front of the restaurant, provided by the New Brunswick Parking Authority.
Additionally, parking is available at the Hyatt Hotel lot on the corner of Neilson and Albany Streets.
Two ways Sunday nights are different:
1. Sunday nights , bottles from our wine list are 1/3 off (a few exceptions apply on old and irreplaceable bottles).
2. If you like to bring your own, on Sundays the corkage fee is waived.
